These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the H2N Ventures website and services, including our SMS/text messaging program. By using our website or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or messaging program.

1. About H2N Ventures

H2N Ventures is a privately held portfolio holding company. It builds, acquires, and holds operating companies. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, nor is it investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply specifically to the text messaging program operated by H2N Ventures and its portfolio companies (the "Program").

Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from H2N Ventures and/or the portfolio company you signed up with. Messages may include account and service notifications, product updates, and occasional promotional offers related to that brand.

How You Opt In (Consent)

You provide your consent to receive text messages by taking an affirmative action, such as submitting your mobile number through a web form, checking a consent checkbox, or texting a keyword to us. We only send messages to individuals who have knowingly opted in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the Program and your interactions with us.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. H2N Ventures does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the Program and stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message, and then you will no longer receive text messages from that Program. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again as you did the first time.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
